Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon registration. If payment is not received in a timely manner, you will be dropped from the course.
A course may be canceled due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability. If canceled by Arsenal Harley-Davidson, you will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to be rescheduled in the next available class.
No-shows for the first day/night or any part of the course will be considered a withdrawal, and the course fee will be non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before your scheduled class will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than one week in advance are non-refundable.
If you leave or sit out of any scheduled classroom or riding unit (except for medical reasons), your instructor may counsel you out of the course. In such cases, the course fee is non-refundable.
If you are counseled out of the course due to performance or safety concerns, Arsenal Harley-Davidson will offer one opportunity to retake the course at a discounted rate of $100, within the same calendar year (subject to availability).
Tardiness will not be accepted. If you are late and miss any unit or exercise, it will be treated as a withdrawal. State law requires students to complete all scheduled class sessions and riding exercises to qualify for the Class CY endorsement.
It’s Better With Friends promotion ends August 15, 2025. One complimentary enrollment code will be emailed after full payment is received for a qualifying Riding Academy course. The free enrollment is valid for any remaining 2025 class (subject to availability). If the original paid participant cancels, the complimentary enrollment will also be forfeited.
